INCIBE makes a free cybersecurity helpline available to companies, citizens, parents, minors and educators: 017. Consultations can be made from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day of the year (including Saturdays, Sundays) and holidays).
It is a confidential and free service that INCIBE makes available to you through the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
If you suffer a cybersecurity incident, at INCIBE-CERT they put at your disposal, as a citizen or company, their technological and coordination capacity to help you through their incident response service.
